In the Industrial Drone Arena at the HANNOVER MESSE Digital Edition, five companies will be presenting the tasks drones can perform in industry and logistics today and in the future. The audience can also see the drones in action.
Commercial drone applications are not yet a mass phenomenon. But there are already numerous providers who rely on the unmanned aerial vehicles for different applications. In order to demonstrate the potential of drones, a total of five companies are lifting the industrial drone arena for the audience of the HANNOVER MESSE Digital Edition in the truest sense of the word. The program shows various possible uses of drones for inspection and service tasks, surveying, transport and inventory. In addition to the demonstrations, the companies also give practical insights into how drone projects can best be implemented and which operational and legal aspects must be observed.

TÜNKERS-NICKEL Systems GmbHModern manufacturing processes often require highly flexible and fast logistics concepts. The TÜNKERS-NICKEL transport drone is intended to help deliver small parts that are urgent within the company. The maximum load of the transport drone is 3 kilograms. The transport drone navigates autonomously within the production halls. HHLA SkyListenelement 3HHLA Sky has developed a globally scalable platform for controlling drone fleets. The system maps the entire process: from planning, dispatching and flights to the provision of data to resource management programs or digital asset management systems. In the Industrial Drone Arena, HHLA Sky will be showing a moderated live broadcast of parallel, automated drone missions via the central control room. On the one hand the company shows a transport flight with spare parts and small parts and on the other hand an inspection flight on a container bridge. The engineering partner IAV is presenting a tied (ie wired) drone system for monitoring buildings and securing industrial plants. Due to the power supply via cables, the system can be in the air around the clock. Since the data connection is also exclusively wired, a high level of information security is also guaranteed.
